It's hard to get the motivation to make time for traditional workouts, but once you have that motivation and start working out it makes you feel so good and you MAKE time for it. Summer is a great motivation, but friends are another. I have been blessed to meet great people in my life. And a very good friend introduced me to this awesome Facebook page that I follow on a regular. It's called Fit 4 You by Ewanda Thompson. It is full of inspirational posts and easy steps to take, to better your body and lifestyle. There are videos posted constantly of workouts that are easy to follow but still challenging enough to feel that burn and see results. I've learned so many great workouts from watching these videos and I am able to do them all at home and they don't even take that long. It's an amazing tool that gives me the motivation to keep up with my workouts. And the members are just as motivating. It's always nice when you meet people who you can relate to and who share the same goals. It's a great page and I hope my readers will check it out and maybe gain some motivation as well.
